Job Description
The Company:Our client is an ASX-listed business within the Property industry and are in need of an Accounts Receivable officer to join their fast-pace dynamic team.
The Role:
The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for efficiently managing all accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate receipting. This includes managing customer accounts, arrears, bank reconciliations, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Duties:
- Managing a portfolio for inbound and outbound calls for debt recovery.
- Accuracy in tracking and documenting collection activities.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Daily processing of Owners Remittance sweeps and reporting for Treasury Operations.
- Ability to manage relationships with both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth collections processes.

- Demonstrated AR experience with a medium - large business
- Display a forward thinking, progressive mindset
- Ideally you will have had exposure to large ERPS
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for customer service
- A positive, self-motivated attitude
