The RoleReporting to the CFO, you will lead a team of 4 and ultimately be responsible for reviewing and finalising all financial statements, preparing board management packs, and streamlining the finance department. Apart from BAU duties, you'll have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and take part in system improvement projects, improve reporting processes & increase efficiencies, mentor a talented team and provide a Finance point of contact for the rest of the business. Your commercial acumen will be called upon to help drive business growth and increase profitability. Enthusiasm to partake in M&A projects will be welcomed.
Skills & Experience
- CPA/CA qualifications
- Proven technical reporting skills - "Big 4' training advantageous
- Proven experience preparing statutory reports
- Proven ability to prepare budgets/forecasts
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Strong business partnering skills
- Passion for improving processes and increasing efficiencies
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
Remuneration$180,000 - $200,000 + Super + Bonus (Hybrid Working)
