Head of FP&A - Business Services - $180,000 + Super

The Role

Through a mixture of organic growth and internal promotions, the business is now looking for a Head of FP&A. Reporting to the Group CFO you will focus on implementing strategies that will drive customer retention, satisfaction and loyalty while simultaneously maximising revenue and margin growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide analysis to drive revenue growth and customer retention in line with business strategies.
• Preparation of group consolidated budgets and forecasts
• Preparation and communication of variance analysis across the group
• Partnering with department heads on operational performance, Cost, Pricing, Revenue and Profitability.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and drive improvements in systems, processes, data and reporting
• Collaborate with multiple teams and functions to meet time-sensitive deadlines and develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
• Ensure KPI reports are accurate and relevant and contribute to value-add analysis including preparing ad hoc business analysis.
• Support business acquisitions, alignment with strategy, due diligence, and estimated ROI through to entity integration of acquisitions. 

The Person

• CA/CPA or MBA qualified
• Experience within an FP&A or Commercial Finance function
• Experience business partnering with Contract Management, Operations and Sales teams.
• Strong Communication Skills, including the ability to explain complex financial/commercial issues to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.
• Strong business acumen & commercial understanding preferably from a business services environment.
