Job Description
This role would suit someone looking for 3 days' work as a payroll officer or a junior looking to learn and get into the world of Payroll.
The role: Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working alongside other fantastic Payroll Officers, you will take over some payroll tasks or if you are new to payroll get taught the e2e process by the best.
Your duties will include:

- Assist with onboarding employees
- Writing employment variations
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Process employment variations in the payroll system
- Assist with checking for fortnightly payroll
- Assist with responding to basic payroll queries (telephone or email)
- Assist with ad-hoc duties that the Payroll team need assistance with.

We are looking for:
- Previous experience in payroll or employment contracts is ideal, but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Confidence and motivated to help others and achieve objectives
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A positive, confident, calm structured approach when under pressure
