The Role:
- Get the opportunity to work on some projects outside of the BAU duties
- Work on leave reconciliations
- Calculate and process terminations and redundancies
- Plan and conduct the day-to-day responsibilities and activities to ensure compliant, efficient, and effective delivery of payroll services
- Assist fellow team members as required.
- Participate in the continued development of processes that standardise and streamline payroll activities for greater efficiency
The Candidate:
You’re a very friendly, bubbly and organized person. You've a passion for payroll and looking to learn more skills and broaden your exposure/experience.
- Has an analytical mindset and can work independently.
- SAP experience is a bonus
- Must be confident with Excel - Pivot tables & VlookUps etc
- Capable to do manual termination and redundancy payments
- Experience with reconciliations
