The role
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will have end to end responsibility for a large portfolio of assets and provide you with the opportunity to engage directly with asset managers to drive performance
Responsibilities include: - Produce P&L and Balance sheet on a monthly basis for asset portfolio
- Partner regularly with property and asset managers to provide insights, analysis and forecasts to drive performance
- Financial and management reporting
- Ensure reconciliations, accruals, journals and provisions are complete and correct.
- Property disposal and acquisition – settlement statement preparation, settlement adjustment and post settlement financial management
- Key involvement in process improvement and transformation projects
About you
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
- Property experience highly desirable but not necessary
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
