The Role:
- Drive time & pay practice standardisation, automation, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the team
- Carry out audit checks on monthly basis
- Process multiple time/attendance and all associated activity in line with monthly timelines
- Improves and streamlines processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the change management of newly implemented processes on sites or as applicable.
- Responsible for the successful evaluation, creation, implementation, and execution of time solutions in accordance with paid time off and pay practices and policies.
- Leadership, development, and performance management of the HR Time & Attendance Specialist roles.
The Candidate: - Strong knowledge of UKG Pro Timekeeper, other HR systems
- SAP/ Successfactors experience would be a bonus
- Time knowledge and processing
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail
